Everytees.com delivers to all states in Malaysia. We use GD Express for most of our online orders . GD Express is able to deliver overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.
We will provide the Gdex Express tracking number in the customer’s account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with GD Express if necessary.
Under normal circumstances, there will be NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND of any items that are purchased, regardless if the products have been pick-up, open or unopened and so on.
For items that is verified and agreed by Everytees.com that the faulty or defective items are a result caused by factor (such as during delivery), these items will be available for exchange for the same item. These items must be hand carry to Everytees.com Pick Up And Payment Center. No shipping back of such items will be entertained.
Under certain circumstances, products that need to send back to supplier (local or oversea) might incur handling and other service charge. These charges are to be paid by the customer in the case of such items are defective as a result due to error by the customer. If the reason for your return is due to our error, there will be no charges of any sort.
Any other cases that qualify for an exchange and return will incur a re-stocking fees.
- All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 3 working days upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 3 working days.
